Matt Cockroft and Karrie Stimits have both been creating beautiful homes and spaces for themselves and their clients in the Colorado Springs and Woodland Park regions sine the early 2000s. In 2009 Matt and Karrie met at the local Lumber yard and then worked together at Aspen Kitchen, the company Matt Co-founded. Not long after, they discovered that their talents and personalities complimented each other with great benefits to their clients.

In 2014 Matt launched Crosswood Homes and shortly after Karrie launched Woodland Designs.
