A MESSAGE FROM THE HOME OWNER
While these timberframe elements may look structural, they are actually non-load bearing decorative elements to enhance the rustic mountain feel of this 3,000 square foot raised ranch with basement.
The main floor consists of living, kitchen, laundry, powder, master suite, and access to the large bonus room over the garage. Natural wood and stone materials and creatively placed windows throughout the main living area maximize surrounding views all while maintaining privacy!
The 950 sq foot basement is home to the family rec room, 2 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom.
The exterior of this home features low maintenance stucco, stone, and cement tile roofing. mixed with the natural textures of real wood board and batten and painted composite shakes in the gables.
