As of 2025 Crosswood Homes has scaled back our traditional construction operations but we still work with select clients who are looking for that special high-end builder who still cares about Honesty, Respect, & Pride of work!
Project Qualifications
Client owned property in Teller county
Planning to build within 2 years
Minimum build size 2,500 sq feet
Min finished sq foot build cost of 400$

Even if we can't build for you directly, we can still point you in the right direction!
Crosswood Homes is partnered with trusted and proven local builders that we know and have worked with personally and can put our recommendation behind as the perfect builder for you!
Once we learn more about your needs and project can either offer working with you directly or putting you in contact with one of our trusted building partners here in Teller County!
Services we offer
For clients working with Crosswood Homes Directly:
Architectural home design services (non-engineered plans) $125 per hour
Construction Contracting and management services (cost plus 20%)
For clients working with our prefered building partners:
Architectural design services (non-engineered plans) $125 per hour (min 30 hours)
Construction Consulting services, plan review, design review, estimate reviews: $125 per hour (min 2 hours)
