At this stage in my life, I am stepping into a new season and trusting the Lord for direction. With a balanced combination of rustic and formal finishes, this home is the definition of comfort. And the beautiful views of Pikes Peak were carefully placed within each living space through our meticulous planning and architectural design phase.
This home is adorned with barrel vaulted ceilings, stone and tile accent walls, built in cabinetry and niches, and carefully planned materials and colors throughout. At every turn their is something beautiful to look at!
The master suite features a lit coffered pine ceiling, hickory floors and knotty alder millwork. The large master bath with a zero clearance shower offers multiple rain and shower jet options, and the 10x10 master closet opens directly into the laundry through a pocket door!
Stairs leading down to the basement offer more architectural interest, with coffered ceilings and custom railing mixed with heavy Doug fir post work. The basement provides this family with large media space, 3 bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms. The wetbar adjacent to the media room is the perfect spot to to refill the drinks or make a snack during family game night!
This formal mountain exterior mixes rustic woodwork, hand hewn log siding, cedar board and batten, engineered stone, stucco and is capped off with a cement tile roof.
